  • 1 tsp baking powder

  1. combine ingredients in blender adding flour a little at a time.
  2. Heat pan on medium/high spray initially with cooking spray or oil
  3. cook each side 1 minute or so
  4. serve with jelly, syrup, butter, powdered sugar
  5. roll up and enjoy
