  • 1/2 x recipe Never Fail Pie Crust
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pch salt grnd cinnamon grnd nutmeg

  1. Method:1. Beat Large eggs with a whisk. Beat in sugar, lowfat milk, and salt. Pour filling into pie crust. Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top.
  2. Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and continue baking for an additional 45 min.
  3. Makes 1 pie
  4. Egg custard, my husband's favorite.
