- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
Инструкции
- Heat butter. Add in sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add in slowly the lowfat milk. Heat to boiling over heat. Add in egg yolks and cook for 2 min longer. Add in vanilla, stirring constantly.
- Cold thoroughly. Fill cream puff crusts. Sufficient custard for 12 or possibly 1 (9 inch) pie.
