- Sift corn meal, flour, sugar, salt and baking pwdr together. Stir in lowfat milk and well-beaten egg. Heat butter in 8-inch square pan. Pour batter into pan. Just before closing oven door, pour 1/2 c. whole lowfat milk over top. Don't STIR.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour.
