- In a food processor, puree garlic with ginger and cloves. Add in curry, cumin, paprika and salt, mix then blend in lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.
- Cover chops with this marinade and let stand for 1-2 hrs.
- Grill chops on high for 6-8 min per side.
- Nectarine Chutney:Cook brown sugar in vinegar over medium heat. Stir to dissolve sugar.
- Bring to a boil and add in nectarines, raisins, lemon, ginger, garlic, curry, cayenne and salt.
- Return to a boil and cook for 2 min. Served cold.
