Ингредиенты
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 tsp curry pwdr
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. minced cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. water Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Инструкции
- Sift the flour and salt into a mixing bowl, then add in the curry pwdr and cayenne pepper. Make a well in the center and add in the minced cilantro and water. Gradually incorporate the flour and mix to a hard dough.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface, knead till smooth, then allow to rest for 5 min.
- Cut the dough into 12 even-sized pcs and knead each into a small ball.
- Roll each ball out very thinly to a 4 inch round, sprinkling more flour over the dough if necessary to prevent it from sticking to the rolling pin.
- Arrange the rounds on two ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 15 min, turning over once during cooking. Transfer to a wire rack to cold.
