1 lg. cucumber, peeled, seeded & chopped 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 (8 ounce.) carton plain lowfat yogurt 2 tbsp. grated onion

1 teaspoon dry whole dillweed 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1. Combine cucumber and salt. Let stand 15 min. Drain well. Combine cucumbers and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill 2 hrs. Serve with fish or possibly hamburgers. Yields 2 c..
