Ингредиенты

4 cube steaks 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese 2 tbsp. minced parsley 4 slices bacon

1 can condensed onion soup 1 tbsp. flour 1 c. water Oil for browning steaks

Инструкции

1. Brown each steak lightly in oil. Spread each with mix of cheese and parsley. Return all steaks to skillet, wrapped in bacon strips. Secure with toothpicks. Cover with 1 can of soup. Simmer at least 1 hour or possibly till tender. Mix flour in water and pour over steaks. Stir for about 5 min. Spoon gravy over steaks when serving.
