Ингредиенты

  • 10 ounce. pkg. frzn minced spinach
  • Pam spray
  • 4 whole Large eggs
  • 8 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 6 ounce. Weight Watchers natural cheddar flavor cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mrs. Dash salt free table spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 10 inch pie plate with Pam spray. Shred cheese and set aside. Microwave spinach (with no added water) till thawed and separated. Press spinach with fork in colander to remove excess moisture. In food processor or possibly large blender, blend 4 whole Large eggs and whites till foamy. Add in lowfat milk, cornstarch and spices. Pulse blend to mix. Add in liquid removed spinach. Pulse blend to mix. Pour mix into 10 inch pie plate. Swirl shredded cheese through mix with a fork. Bake for 45 min or possibly till golden. Serves 4 - 6.
