- Thaw crab if frzn, drain, reserving liquid. Slice crab meat, reserving whole leg piece for garnish.
- Fry bacon till crisp. Drain and crumble. Beat together Large eggs, biscuit mix, butter, lowfat milk, crab liquid, salt and pepper till smooth.
- Pour into 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle crab, cheese and bacon over top and press down gently. Bake for 35 to 40 min at 350 degrees.
- Garnish with parsley and reserved leg meat. Cut into wedges and serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
