3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed 2 Large eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 c. lowfat milk 1 teaspoon vanilla

1 c. sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 stick butter, melted

Инструкции

1. Mix together all ingredients except topping and beat till fluffy and all potato strings removed. Pour into greased baking dish. Heat butter; add in brown sugar, flour and pecans. Pour over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
