  • 1 pkt 16 ounce Frz. cut green beans thawed
  • 2 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly low cal margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. Fresh white bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Dry basil leaves

Инструкции

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, over medium heat, cook green beans, mushrooms and onion in water for 3-4 min or possibly till crisp-tender and moisture evaporates. Stir in salt and pepper. Place in serving dish; keep hot.
  2. In the same skillet, heat margarine or possibly butter in oil. Add in bread crumbs and basil; cook and stir over medium-high heat till light brown. Serve over vegetables.
  3. TIPS: To quickly thaw vegetables, place in a colander; rinse with hot water till thawed.
