  • 12 lrg cabbage leaves
  • 1 lb Lean grnd beef
  • 1 x Beaten egg
  • 1 c. Cooked rice
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 8 ounce Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced onions
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Инструкции

  1. Immerse cabbage leaves in large kettle of boiling water for about 3 min or possibly till limp; drain.
  2. Combine egg, lowfat milk, onion, salt, pepper, beef, and cooked rice. Place about 1/4 c. meat mix in the center of each leaf; mix in sides and roll ends over the meat. Place in a crock-pot. Combine tomato sauce with brown sugar, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over cabbage rolls.
  3. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hrs...
