- 1 Tbsp. unsalted Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
- 2 tsp low sodium soya sauce
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar frzn unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate
- 1 Tbsp. molasses Tabasco sauce
- 1/8 tsp liquid smoke

- Mix all the sauce ingredients and put in the crockpot.
- Place frzn chicken wings in crockpot and make sure the wings are covered with the sauce. Cook on low for approx 8 hrs.
