- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese
- 1 jar med. or possibly warm picante sauce
- 1 can Mexican refried beans
- Tortilla chips
Инструкции
- Cube Velveeta cheese and place in crockpot. Heat on medium to start. Brown grnd beef and drain off fat. Add in taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 10 to 15 min, till water is cooked down. Add in refried beans. Add in meat mix to cheese in slow cooker. Add in picante sauce last. Cook on high till cheese is melted. Mix well. Reduce heat and cook about 30 min. Serve hot or possibly cold (best hot) with tortilla chips. This is really great served on hot dogs. Add in some onions and you have a Coney Island Hot Dog.
