Ингредиенты
- 2 lb round steak lean
- 2 x green peppers sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. chopped dry onions
- 1 c. beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- Cut the steak into serving size pcs. If you like you can brown the meat in a little warm oil before adding to crockpot. Place the thinly sliced pepper rings in bottom of crockpot, reserving a few to place on top of meat if you like. (Vegetables cook better when placed on bottom of pot.) Arrange the meat on pepper, careful to not stack one piece directly on top of another. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over meat and peppers.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hrs or possibly on high for about 4 hrs. Serve with mashed potatoes and simply seasoned vegetables.
- NOTES : Use dry onions or possibly finely chop about 1/2 of a fresh onion.
