1 c. Italian bread crumbs 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 egg, beaten

As many pork chops as desired 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Инструкции

1. Mix bread crumbs and cheese together. Dip pork chops into egg, then dredge through bread crumb mix. Brown on both sides in extra virgin olive oil. Put a 1/2 water into crock pot on high. Put pork chops when browned into crock pot for 4-5 hrs. Pork chops will be very tender.
