Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. molasses
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger

  1. Lightly grease crock. Preheat on high for 20 min. Meanwhile bring lowfat milk, cornmeal and salt to a boil. Boil, stirring constantly, for 5 min. Cover and simmer an additional 10 min. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Gradually beat in warm cornmeal mix and whisk till smooth. Pour into crock and cook on high for 2 to 3 hrs or possibly low for 6 to 8 hrs.
