Ingredients: 12 med potatoes (4 lb.); 1 lrg onion sliced thin; 1/2 c. flour; 2 tsp seasoned salt; 1/2 tsp pepper; 4 Tbsp. butter; 2 whl cans cream of mushroom soup; 1/2 whl to 3/4 pound grated Cheddar cheese

Ингредиенты

12 med potatoes (4 lb.)
1 lrg onion sliced thin
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 Tbsp. butter
2 whl cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 whl to 3/4 pound grated Cheddar cheese

Инструкции

Mix flour, seasoned salt and pepper. Slice potatoes. Toss slices in 2 c. water with 1 tsp. cream of tartar; drain. Grease crock-pot. Layer potatoes, onion, flour mix, and repeat. Add in butter, then add in soup (not diluted). Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hrs, High 3 to 4 hrs. Thirty min before serving, add in grated cheese.
