3 to 4 lb. roast beef or possibly round steak salt and pepper 1 small onion, minced

1 pkg. brown gravy mix 1 c. water

1. Place meat in slow cooking pot. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hrs.
