1 c. catsup 4 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste 6 frzn boiler-fryer chicken thighs, or possibly any favorite chicken parts

1. Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in crock pot. Add in frzn chicken. Cook on high for 8 to 10 hrs with lid on. Serve over rice. If you like, thicken sauce with cornstarch. Serves 4.
