- Strip the kale leaves from the stem. Wash & dry them, then toss with a tsp or 2 of olive oil. Salt very sparingly, as this will intensify in cooking. Spead out on the pan so none of the leaves touch. Cook for 15-20 minutes at 250 degrees. Halfway through, toss everything on the pan so it cooks evenly. YUM!
