Crispy Grilled Catfish

Ингредиенты

4 whl catfish
1/2 c. Butter, melted
3/4 c. Finely crushed cracker crumbs

1 tsp Seasoned salt
1/2 tsp Celery salt
1/2 tsp Garlic salt

Инструкции

Rinse catfish in cool water and pat VERY DRY with paper towels. Mix together the cracker crumbs and seasonings in shallow bowl. Dip each fish in melted butter, then roll in seasoned crumbs. Place fish on oiled rack four inches above warm coals. Cook 8 to 10 min per side, turning once gently. Serve immediately.
