- 1 c. Water
- 1 c. Green creme de menthe
- 6 Tbsp. Liquid fruit pectin
Инструкции
- Ea mint sprigs Bring sugar, creme de menthe and water to a boil in a saucepan. Stir constantly till sugar is dissolved. Add in pectin and boil 1 more minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
- Plunge sprigs of mint into boiling water for 1 minute and place a sprig in each sterilized jelly jar. Pour jelly into jars. Seal withparaffin.
