Ingredients: Vegetable cooking spray; 1 pkt elbow macaroni - (7 ounce); 2 c. frzn cut broccoli thawed, liquid removed; 1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 ounce) cubed; 1/2 c. minced red bell pepper; 2 c. skim lowfat milk; 2 Tbsp. cornstarch; 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper; 1 c. shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese; 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs; 2 tsp margarine melted

Ингредиенты

Vegetable cooking spray
1 pkt elbow macaroni - (7 ounce)
2 c. frzn cut broccoli thawed, liquid removed
1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 ounce) cubed
1/2 c. minced red bell pepper
2 c. skim lowfat milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
1 c. shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tsp margarine melted

Инструкции

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2-qt casserole with vegetable cooking spray.
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. In casserole, combine macaroni, broccoli, Spam, and red pepper.
In small saucepan, stir together lowfat milk, cornstarch, and pepper till cornstarch is dissolved. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, till thickened. Reduce heat to low. Add in cheese; stir till melted. Stir sauce into Spam mix. Combine bread crumbs and margarine; sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 40 min or possibly till thoroughly heated.
