  • 1/4 c. low-fat (1%) lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 2 c. frzn light whipped topping thawed

  1. In a medium bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed, beat the pumpkin, pudding mix, lowfat milk, and cinnamon till well blended.
  2. Mix in the whipped topping till thoroughly blended, then spoon into a serving bowl. Cover loosely and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
