- 1 1/2 c. Cool lowfat milk
- 1 c. (1/2 pint) lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Almond liqueur (see note)
- 1 pkt (4-serving size) Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling, any flavor
- 1/2 c. Crumbled macaroon cookies

- MIX together lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream and liqueur in small bowl till smooth. Add in pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk till well blended, 1 to 2 min. Spoon 1/2 of the pudding mix into individual dessert dishes.
- SPRINKLE crumbled macaroons proportionately over pudding. Top with remaining pudding. Refrigeratetill ready to serve. Garnish with additional cookies, if you like.
- NOTE: 1/4 tsp. almond extract may be substituted for the almond liqueur.
