1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 c. scallions, minced

1/2 c. lowfat sour cream 3/4 teaspoon salt 4 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce 2 med. ripe avocados

1. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese till smooth. Stir in cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper, Tabasco sauce and scallions; blend well. Peel and pit avocado. Mash and add in to cheese mix. Blend well.
