- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1/2 c. Coarsely grated peeled Cucumber
- 1 tsp Fresh grated lemon peel
- 2 tsp Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Dry dill weed Salt and pepper

- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise or possibly sald dressing, cucmber, lemon peel, lemon juice and dill weed. Seson to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over broiled, poached or possibly fried fish.
