- 2 c. minced fresh celery
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 x (10 ounce) pkg frzn spinach
- 1 x (10 1/2 ounce) can of chicken broth
- 1 c. cream style cottage cheese
- 2 c. whole lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
Инструкции
- In a 3 qt saucepan, combine celery, onion, spinach, and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, simmer for 10 mins or possibly till veggies are tender. In blender, place soup mix and cottage cheese and blend till smooth and creamy. Return food to saucepan. Stir in lowfat milk, salt, and pepper. Then laddle the warm soup into crock soup serving bowls. Top the soup w/ lowfat sour cream. Or possibly you can top it w/ Mozzerella cheese or possibly Parmesan Cheese.
