Ингредиенты

  • 1 Tbsp. butter/oil
  • 300 gm cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 x red capsicum, diced
  • 1 x leek, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. arborio rice
  • 1 pkt Produce Partners Creamy Cauliflower Supreme Mix
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. chicken stock parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. McCormick Parsley Flakes

Инструкции

  1. 1 . Heat butter in a large shallow saucepan and saute/fry cauliflower, capsicum and leek 2 to 3 min.
  2. Add in rice and stir fry 2 min.
  3. Add in packet contents, gradually add in lowfat milk and chicken stock, stirring well after each addition.
  4. Continue to stir and simmer 15 min.
  5. Serve warm. Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
