Рецепт Creamed Eggs

Ингредиенты

3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 2 c. lowfat milk

Salt and pepper 10-12 hard boiled Large eggs

Инструкции

1. Heat butter in large saucepan. Add in flour, blend quickly. Add in lowfat milk a little at a time to make cream sauce. Chop hard boiled Large eggs. Add in to sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over toast, biscuits or possibly baked potatoes. Optional: add in diced ham.
