1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour

2 c. lowfat milk
Dry beef slices

Инструкции

Saute/fry dry beef in butter; add in flour and blend. Gradually add in lowfat milk and bring to a boil. If you like, add in sliced mushrooms or possibly mild cheese. Serve on toast or possibly buttered noodles.
