Ингредиенты

8 ounce. crab meat 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms 3 hard boiled Large eggs (minced) 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Juice of 1/2 lemon

1/4 c. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon cayenne 1/2 pt. cream

Инструкции

1. In medium saucepan heat butter. Stir in flour, mustard, cayenne, Worcestershire, lemon juice and cream. Simmer till warm. Mix crab, mushrooms and Large eggs. Stir into cream sauce. Serve over cooked rice.
