- 4 boneless chicken breasts, split & flattened
- 4 (8 x 4 inch) slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can (10 ounce.) cream of broccoli soup
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. herb stuffing, crushed
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Инструкции
- Place chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking dish or possibly pan. Top with cheese. Combine soup and lowfat milk and spread over cheese. Toss melted butter and stuffing mix. Sprinkle over chicken. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min. Serves 4 to 6.
