Ингредиенты

3/4 pound asparagus, simmered till tender in 2 c. water 3 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. chopped onion 3 tbsp. flour

1 can chicken broth (15 ounce.) 1 c. lowfat milk 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

1. Pour asparagus and liquid into blender and whirl till pureed. Heat butter in heavy saucepan, add in onion and saute/fry till tender. Stir in flour. Add in pureed asparagus, chicken broth, lowfat milk, paprika and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, till thickened. Serves 6.
