Рецепт Cream Top Gelatin Salad

Ингредиенты

2 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon or possibly orange/pineapple Jello 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 c. boiling water 3/4 c. cool water

1 (8 3/4 ounce.) can pineapple tidbits 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. commercial lowfat sour cream 1 c. shredded carrots

Инструкции

1. Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water. Add in lemon juice. To 1/2 c. gelatin, add in lowfat sour cream and 1/4 c. cool water. Pour into a 1 1/2 qt mold. Refrigeratetill set, but not hard.
2. Mix remaining gelatin and 1/2 c. cool water, carrots and pineapple. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Pour into mold on top of cream mix. Refrigeratetill hard. Makes 6 c..
