  • 500 g of potatoes
  • 1 - 1.3 liters of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • butter
  • pepper, salt
  • croutons if desired

Инструкции

  1. Peel the potatoes and than cut into chunks. After that put them into boiling and salted water. In other pot boil eggs and carrots until they tender. As everything is ready, peel and eggs with carrots put in the potatoes, then everything creases very well. Now add warm milk and the butter and all pass. You can add pepper.
