Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkt Frzn corn -or possibly-
  • 2 x Ears fresh corn
  • 4 c. Water
  • 1 c. Onion
  • 1/4 x -(up to)
  • 1/2 c. Corn meal (the more you put in the thicker it gets) Salt/tamari to taste

  1. If I were having my teeth out again, I'd have soup. I think it's comforting, and it's definitely easy to eat! My favorite is Jackie Manni's recipe for "cream" of corn soup:Saute/fry onion and corn in a few tspns of water, adding more if it gets dry.
  2. Add in cornmeal, stirring to avoid lumps, and so all veggies are covered.
  3. Slowly add in water and stir to once again avoid lumps. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 40 minutes. Add in salt/tamari at end.
  4. I am not a big soup fan, but I had 2 bowls of this stuff. The best part is, you can make a ton and not have to cook for a while.
