- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2 teaspoon soda

- 2/3 c. Crisco
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cool lowfat milk

- Beat 3 min on low, 3 min on medium. Pour into greased and lightly floured round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees till done.

- To dry ingredients. Stir till smooth. Add in to hot lowfat milk and cook till thick. Blend in slightly beaten egg to that a little of the hot mix has been added. Cook till thick. Add in 1/2 tsp vanilla.
