.%20%20I%20can%20bake%203%20pans%20at%20once%20because%20I%20have%20a%20convection%20oven.%20%20All%203%20pans%20bake%20perfectly%20evenly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBut%20if%20you%20are%20looking%20for%20a%20cookie%20recipe%20that%20is%20a%20little%20different,%20I%20highly%20recommend%20this%20one.%20But%20I%20cannot%20say%20how%20good%20these%20cookies%20would%20be%20if%20you%20baked%20the%20dough%20immediately%20after%20mixing.%20%20I'm%20sure%20they%20would%20be%20completely%20delicious%20but%20my%20guess%20is%20they%20wouldn't%20be%20as%20thick.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOh,%20and%20for%20my%20chocolate,%20I%20used%20a%20huge%20dark%20chocolate%20Trader%20Joes%20chocolate%20bar%20cut%20into%20little%20chunks%20and%20also%20a%20bag%20of%20Sees%20chocolate%20chips%20which%20are%20like%20a%20semi%20sweet%20chunk.%20%20%20But%20I%20also%20think%20these%20cookies%20would%20be%20wonderful%20with%20milk%20chocolate%20chips.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20removed%20my%20cookies%20from%20the%20oven%20when%20the%20edges%20were%20slightly%20golden%20brown.%20The%20middle%20still%20appeared%20undone%20but%20I%20removed%20them%20anyways.%20%20I%20couldn't%20even%20remove%20them%20from%20the%20cookie%20sheet%20for%20a%20good%201/2%20hour%20till%20they%20set%20up.%20That's%20how%20soft%20and%20gooey%20they%20were!%20%20I%20always%20just%20slide%20my%20entire%20sheet%20of%20parchment%20right%20off%20the%20cookie%20sheet%20right%20onto%20a%20cooling%20rack.%20That%20way%20my%20cookies%20remain%20undisturbed%20till%20they%20are%20fully%20cooled.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBrandi%20the%20pug%20is%20photobombing%20this%20delicious%20shot!%20Yummmm...she%20is%20thinking!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECream%20Cheese%20Chocolate%20Chip%20Cookies%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBased%20on%20recipe%20from:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EInstructions%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhisk%20together%20in%20a%20medium%20bowl%20the%20flour,%20cornstarch,%20baking%20soda%20and%20salt.%20Set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECream%20butter,%20cream%20cheese,%20sugars,%20egg%20and%20vanilla%20together%20on%20medium-high%20speed%20until%20light%20and%20fluffy.%20I%20use%20a%20stand%20mixer%20with%20the%20paddle%20attachment.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EReduce%20the%20speed%20to%20low%20and%20slowly%20add%20the%20flour%20mixture.%20After%20each%20addition%20mix%20until%20just%20incorporated.%20I%20do%205-7%20small%20additions.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20the%20chocolate%20chips%20and%20mix%20briefly%20to%20distribute.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20would%20suggest%20refrigerating%20the%20dough%202%20hours%20or%20up%20to%203%20days%20before%20baking.%20When%20you%20are%20ready%20to%20bake,%20proceed%20to%20the%20next%20step.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPre-heat%20the%20oven%20to%20350%C2%B0%20and%20line%20baking%20sheets%20with%20parchment%20paper.%20Scoop%20the%20dough%20using%20a%202%E2%80%9D%20cookie%20scoop%20or%20a%20%C2%BC%20cup%20measuring%20cup%20and%20place%202%E2%80%9D%20apart%20on%20the%20cookie%20sheet.%20These%20cookies%20really%20don%E2%80%99t%20spread%20that%20much.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%2011-12%20minutes.%20The%20sides%20should%20just%20be%20starting%20to%20brown.%20You%20don%E2%80%99t%20want%20them%20to%20be%20brown.%20Just%20have%20a%20nice%20kiss%20of%20color.%20Let%20them%20cool%205%20minutes%20on%20the%20baking%20sheet%20and%20then%20move%20to%20a%20wire%20rack%20to%20cool%20completely.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
