- 1 x 12 ounce can of Cranberry sauce
- 1 x 12 ounce can of crushed pineapple
- 1 x medium sized white onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped (15ml)
- 1 Tbsp. sunflower oil (15ml)
- 2 Tbsp. soya sauce (30ml)
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (15ml)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped ginger (15ml)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar (22.5ml)
Инструкции
- Place the onion, garlic and oil in a sauce pan and saute/fry till translucent/soft. Add in the remaining ingredients and simmer gently till slightly thickened - approximately 30 min.
