Ингредиенты

3/4 c. Margaine
3/4 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. Creamy peanutbutter
1 x Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1 3/4 c. Flour
1/3 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt

Инструкции

Cream margarine and sugars till light and fluffy. Blend in peanutbutter, egg, and vanilla. In a seperate bowl, combine dry ingredients and then add in to creamed mix; mix well. Shape rounded tespoonfuls of dough into a ball; roll in additional sugar. Place on ungreased cookie shee. Bake at 375 F for 10-12 min.
