Ингредиенты

  • 8 ounce cooked crabmeat, picked over for cartilage
  • 1/2 c. fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 c. finely minced sweet red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. minced red onion
  • 1 tsp finely minced fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. finely minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 x salt and pepper
  • 4 lrg Belgian endive

Инструкции

  1. In a medium bowl, gently combine crabmeat, breadcrumbs, red peppers, onions, ginger, garlic, and vinegar. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cut endives in half lengthwise and remove cores. Fill endive "boats" with stuffing.
  3. Preheat grill to medium. Oil racks. Grill endive for 5 min, or possibly till bottom is slightly charred and filling is heated through.
