  • 1 pkt (12-ounce) Stouffer's spinach souffle, thawed
  • 2 lb Small curd cottage cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. Flour
  • 6 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 stk butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1/2 lb Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated or possibly cut in small pcs
  • 1 can (6-ounce) crabmeat

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a 9x13 baking dish for 1 hour at 350 .
  2. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
