- Place butter in a 1 1/2 qt casserole. Microwave on high (100%) till melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir in next four ingredients. Blend in half and half, lowfat milk and sherry. Microwave on medium-high (70%) till thickened, 4 to 7 min, stirring with wire whisk two or possibly three time during cooking. Stir small amount of warm mix into egg yolks; return to mix.
- Microwave at medium-high (70%) till thickened, 1 to 3 min, stirring once or possibly twice. Stir in crab meat.
- Serve over toast points or possibly patty shells, if you like.
