- 2/3 c. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 3 Tbsp. of flour
- 5 1/3 ounce evaporated lowfat milk Salt & pepper, to taste
- 3 c. lump crab meat
- 1/4 c. parsley, minced or possibly chopped
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
Инструкции
- Saute/fry onion and bell pepper in margarine or possibly butter. Slowly stir in flour, stirring constantly. Slowly stir in evaporated lowfat milk, stirring constantly.
- Add in salt and pepper to taste, crab meat and parsley.
- Pour into individual foil crab shells or possibly a casserole dish, that has been sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle cheese and paprika over the top of casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees till warm and bubbly, about 20 min.
- Serves 6.
