- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1 c. canned chicken broth/stock
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 pound American cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) pkg. Alaska King or possibly Snow crab
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 teaspoon chopped onions
- 2 to 3 drops Tabasco
Инструкции
- Heat butter in a heavy saucepan, over medium heat. Blend in the flour, stir in the chicken broth/stock, gradually. Cook till thick and smooth. Cut up the cream cheese and the American cheese in chunks and add in to the sauce mix. Cook over low heat, stirring till cheeses are melted. Add in remaining ingredients, heat thoroughly, but Don't boil. Pour in fondue pot for serving. Keep warm.
