Ингредиенты

3 c. courgette grated 1 1/2 c. sugar 2/3 c. applesauce 3 c. flour 1/4 tsp salt

2 tsp baking pwdr 2 tsp baking soda 1/3 c. cocoa pwdr sifted or possibly carob pwdr 3 tsp vanilla 1 tsp coconut extract (this has no fat)

1. Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 8 x 15" baking pan with cooking spray and flour. In a mixingbowl, combine courgette, sugar, applesauce, vanilla, and coconut extract.
2. In another mixingbowl, combine flour, salt, baking pwdr, baking soda and cocoa/carob pwdr. Mix wetingredients with dry ingredients just till moistened. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake for25 min.
