- Cut steaks from round making sure to cut across the grain.
- Pound each steak slightly.
- Season flour with salt, pepper, and spices.
- Follow three step process: flour/egg&milk mixture/bread crumbs.
- Sear steaks in hot oil.
- Pan up, cover with gravy, and bake to cook through.
